Who are we?

Rangatahi Rise is a youth social action project run by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand. The project empowers rangatahi to create a positive impact by recognising and tackling a mental health challenge within their kura, school and/or community.

Kura, schools and youth-based organisations the resources they need to help rangatahi in their project, and develop tools and resources that strengthen mental health outcomes.

Provide

Rangatahi with the skills, confidence and connection to create positive change in their world.

Foster

Youth empowerment. Allow rangatahi to lead conversations about mental health and drive social change in their kura, school or community.
